This policy explains how Clotify ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit clotify.store or contact us.
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form, we collect your name, phone number (and whether it's on WhatsApp), email address, the products you're interested in, and how long you've been in business. We also record which advert or search brought you to our site (for example, a Google Ads click ID) so we can understand which adverts work.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To prepare quotes and manage any order you place with us.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Your details are stored with our website host (Hostinger), our email provider and Google (Google Sheets and, if you accept cookies, Google Ads). These providers only process your information to provide their services to us.
Cookies
If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Ads cookies to measure how our adverts perform. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email us at contact@clotify.store. If you're in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
